Care and maintenance
1. Wool is a natural fiber that is strong and flexible, but it requires care to maintain its softness and appearance. Therefore, it should not be washed at high temperatures or with chlorine-based products.
2. When it comes to taking care of more delicate wool garments, it is recommended to always wash by hand. You can also wash them in the washing machine (if indicated on the label).
3. If you decide to wash by hand, do it at a maximum temperature of 20° and with a special wool detergent. Very important: never leave the clothes soaking! Gently scrub, rinse in hot water several times, and then in cold water.
4. To dry wool garments: squeeze them without wringing and let them dry horizontally on a flat surface. Why? Because this way you avoid them stretching and deforming due to the weight of the wet wool.
5. Finally, when ironing, it is important that the iron is not too hot. Use a thin cloth to avoid direct contact between the iron and the wool. This way, you avoid marks and shine on the fabric.
